JR tries to entice Zach with a business deal, Annie gets devious, Jesse fills Tad in on the girls' possible guilt, Adam asks Krystal to be his spy, Kendall warns Babe that Annie is losing it, Erica celebrates her first day of freedom and Opal warns Sam to stay away from Erica!
Annie walks along the boardwalk, going over what she overheard from the kids. She receives a phone call and learns a product is ready for her to pick up.
Opal sees Samuel at The Valley Inn and thanks him for helping with Erica's early release. Sam says he had very little to do with the release. She sits with him for a while to talk about Erica. She goes on and on about Jack and Erica being soul mates, disturbing Sam. He asks what she is getting at and she tells him that Erica may be intrigued with him but it won't last - because he isn't Jack!
Reporters follow Erica back to her room at the Yacht Club. She hurries inside. Jack calls and she asks for some time alone. Erica hangs up and looks at the flowers he sent over. She sighs and walks to the terrace to look outside. While taking a bubble bath, Erica calls Pam and tells her to move the new New Beginnings host out of her office! Later, she goes for the full spa treatment and has her nails done. Two bellhops bring in food and drinks - enough for two! Erica calls for a spa day for herself and Kendall. She tells the bellhops that she couldn't decide on one dish so she ordered all of her favorites. She toasts to Jack and says she'll never take him for granted again. Over coffee, Erica becomes lonely.
Adam arrives at Krystal and Tad's to see if she is staying quiet. She says she has to tell Tad! Adam warns her that if she does Colby will be sent up the river. Krystal doesn't want to lie to Tad and gets really angry when Adam says she should spy on Tad for him! She refuses. Adam says keeping Tad in the dark and finding out Jesse's next moves is the best thing she can do. Krystal can't believe him. He brings up the kiss, flustering her. She says the kiss was nothing and the only reason she was at the mansion was to drop little A off. Adam asks for another chance! She tells him to go but Adam keeps pushing her. She admits she feels a connection but says it isn't enough!
Tad and Jesse talk about Richie's case over doughnuts. Jesse is more frustrated than ever. Jesse tries to hold back but Tad pushes him and he says Colby and Cassandra are becoming suspects. Tad is shocked. Jesse tells him about walking in on the kids and how weird they began acting. He says Petey may be involved, too. Tad is shocked. Jesse says if the kids killed Richie, they have to find a way to keep them out of jail. Tad suggests going back to Adam but Jesse says Adam has an alibi - Krystal! Tad is shocked. Jesse says he can understand Adam trying to protect Colby and says he would do the same thing for Cass. He is worried about how to get Cass to open up and is really worried about how Dre's parents and Adam will react if a full-blown investigation comes about. Tad asks how Jesse will handle it if he has to arrest Cassandra; Jesse says he'll do his job. He is very worried about Angie's reaction, though. He brings up Frankie's troubles. He says he has to keep all this stress from Angie. Tad advises him to tell Angie everything - right away!
At Fusion, Babe is worried about leaving little A and also about being back at the place where Richie kidnapped her. Kendall tells her to go home but Babe won't do that. They talk about the case and Babe brings up Zach. A while later Annie arrives at work with a package she won't show to Babe. Babe congratulates her on the pregnancy; Annie is thrilled. She asks if Colby might be interested in a babysitting job. Babe isn't sure and says Colby is going through some stuff but she gives Annie Colby's number anyhow. Kendall returns but won't work with Annie. She shuts her out and makes a few catty comments about Annie; she pretends not to notice and goes to the lounge. Babe asks what is going on. Kendall says Annie is a nut-job and tells her about Annie's attack on Greenlee. She says they need to get rid of Annie before things get even worse. Babe defends Annie. Kendall admits that part of her anger is because Annie rolled over on Zach. Babe keeps defending Annie but Kendall swears that Annie is losing it. Babe agrees that things do sound strange but says Annie has every right to feel unsettled. Kendall mentions Greenlee and Ryan again, making Babe wonder what else is going on. Kendall says Ryan's miracle is just too convenient. Annie returns, drops off her files and leaves to pick up Emma. She tells Kendall she'll be on time.
At Zach's office, JR says they should start working together! He says they were great partners in the Richie scheme and they can be again - to get rid of Adam! Zach says he doesn't have the stomach to get rid of Adam. "Try me!" JR exclaims. Zach says JR doesn't have the stamina to stick with a project or a goal. JR says he has changed - and he'll get full control of Chandler! Zach sees how determined he is but doesn't change his mind. JR tells Zach to give him a call when he changes his mind. When he is gone, Zach makes a call and says war is brewing with Chandler Enterprises!
Tad arrives home in time to see Adam reach out to Krystal. She tells him to go and then tells Tad that Adam was there because of Colby. Tad asks why she didn't tell him about the stolen car; she says it was no big deal. He doesn't believe her. She goes upstairs.
At the penthouse, Annie calls Colby about the babysitting job. She says Colby can bring her friends. Colby agrees to check with her friends and call back. Annie takes a nanny-cam from her bag!
