Alan's vision comes true, Ava goes into labor, Lizzie and Bill's meeting becomes a scandal.

Remy picks the morning paper out of the recycling bin and calls Ava. He leaves a message, asking if Bill's nod from the Governor means that they can still see each other.

Ashlee brings Dinah coffee and rambles about what Dinah's new title will be when they get into the Governor's mansion. "I don't want a title. We share everything," Dinah says. Ashlee wishes she had a sibling. Dinah tells her she grew up like an only child so this sibling thing is strange. She tells Ashlee to keep her eyes on the blogs and keep Bill smelling clean.

Bill chases a reporter out of the mansion after she asks him about his blond mistress. Bill begins apologizing to Ava. She panics and tries to get the PR people together. He tells her to take care of Max instead and calls the Governor.

Remy arrives at the mansion to check on Ava. He asks where Bill is. She's sure that he's lost the Governor's endorsement now that the scandal with Lizzie will come out. Remy suggests that she's dodged a bullet. Bill doesn't love her and is just using her and the baby. She doesn't want to hear this again. He takes her out for a change of scenery.

Dinah eats in Company. Bill arrives and tells her that the whole town thinks he's having an affair with Lizzie. She asks if it's true. "Please!" he groans. She goes outside and checks in with Ashlee. They look at the blogs and Ashlee wonders how people can be so mean. Dinah wants to know if there is anything about Lizzie and Bill. Ashlee quickly finds all the gossip on Lizzie and Bill's "secret rendezvous" and starts to giggle.

Back in Company, Dinah and Bill start to argue as she accuses him of being an idiot for meeting with Lizzie at a secluded cabin. She wants to sort things out with the Governor. He won't allow it and insists that he take care of it. He goes outside and starts making calls and promises before driving off. Ashlee watches and starts typing. Dinah soon comes out and Ashlee tells her the story is spreading everywhere.

Remy takes Ava to Towers for something to eat. She spots the reporter from this morning. Remy offers to smuggle her out before she notices them. They sneak by but she spots them and starts to call out. They leap in the elevator but it soon stops. In an awkward moment, they kiss. She starts having contractions and panics. He reminds her he's a professional. "For like three weeks!" she reminds him. She hasn't even had a Lamaze class yet. He helps her breathe and calms her. That doesn't last. Her water breaks.

Alan's groupies come to visit him. They hand him an envelope full of cash and thank him for his teachings. They ask him about his visitations from Gus and walk inside for more of his stories.

Upstairs, Lizzie looks online for a place in LA. She tries convincing her mother that this move could be good for them. Beth reminds her that James is settled and Alan is facing criminal charges. Things like that have never stopped them before, Lizzie argues. Besides, California would be good for Alan's business interests. Beth is sure this is all about Bill. Lizzie repeats that things aren't working here anymore and she has to go.

Beth and Lizzie come downstairs and interrupt Alan as he talks to his groupies. The women are shocked that she doesn't recognize the power of Alan's vision. "I have a life," Lizzie growls, sending them all out and telling them to get jobs. Alan tells her it's wrong to be so rude. Beth announces that this needs to stop. Lizzie runs upstairs to pack. Beth is exhausted from worrying about Alan and the murder charge he's facing. He assures her that Gus will take care of everything. She reminds him that he is dead. "In the traditional sense," Alan says. She doesn't want to be left alone with Peyton, Lizzie and James and hopes that he is just doing this for an insanity plea or to get women to fawn over him. Alan knows it seems crazy, but he wishes she could believe it.

Outside the house, Alan talks to Lizzie about the tire swing Gus wanted to put up. She thinks he's talking about Bill and gets confused. She changes the subject to LA. He wonders why she is running away. She just wants to start fresh. Alan wanders inside and Bill rushes over to tell her that they were spotted and everyone thinks they're having an affair. She's sure it will blow over when she's gone. As they bicker, Dinah arrives, furious that they are speaking together in public. Lizzie walks away. Bill is angry at his sister but she thinks he is just making things worse.

Inside, Alan lays in bed. He tells Beth to relax. She thinks they need to see a lawyer; she didn't leave Rick to be with someone signing his own death warrant. He drifts off before suddenly waking. "Gus?" he asks, startled. He runs outside and interrupts Dinah ranting at Bill. "The baby's coming now!" he shouts.

They rush to the hospital but Ava is not there. Dinah and Lizzie assume Alan was just being crazy. A call comes in to say that Ava's on the way and in labor. Remy soon wheels her in. He runs off to get a nurse and Bill tries to clam his wife. Ava continues to panic that the baby is so early. The doctors order a delivery room be prepared. As she's brought in, she prays that everything will be alright and Bill promises her everything will be fine. Lizzie watches through the window. A doctor walks by and tells Ava and Bill that the baby is coming. Ava tells Bill that she's sorry for lying but she's not sorry for her decision because then they wouldn't have Max otherwise. He forgives her.

Dinah and Remy pace in the corridor. She tells him to go home. He refuses. "Ava is not going to pick you over Bill," she says. She doesn't want to see him hurt and tells him to go. They argue until Ava is rushed out. Bill pushes Remy back as they're rushed down the hall.

Alan and Beth eat at Company. She's getting freaked out by his groupies watching them. The group comes over and offers to pay for the meal. He tells them that Gus told him that a baby was coming. Beth rants at them and calls them all delusional. She sends the women away. Alan explains that he is only giving these women comfort. Beth doesn't care; she's worried that their child will grow up without a father.

Lizzie returns home. She stares at Alan with an amazed expression. She tells him that Ava is in labor after all. Alan smiles. Lizzie is in shock and explains it to her mother. Beth thinks this is a sick scam. "It may be sick. It may be crazy but it's real," Alan says.
